Hampton Wine Co is a collaboration between Glenn Mill, Pierre Geoffroy, and Jarrod Amos in the Kitchen
The three met while working at the then, 3 Hat Restaurant which was Jacques Reymond Restaurant. After collectively working there for 14 years combined, the boys branched out and kept furthering their knowledge, and passion for food and wine through new environments, different workplaces, and travelling.
After a 2 year search for the right space, they finally stumbled upon 444 Hampton Street, and Hampton Wine Co was born. A classically European influenced wine bar and Boutique bottle shop, with great food to match, and informed polished service.
This platform enables them to share their passion for food and wine, with the people of Bayside and beyond.
Hampton Wine Co features 3 unique cozy spaces. The front room is a modern bar with wine bottle-lined walls. This leads on to a back room with a fireplace which is perfect for intimate events in winter. Head up the stairs and you will find another day-lit room suitable for a private dinner, engagement party, workshop or gathering.
