Bopp & Tone is a restaurant & bar that pays tribute to the Applejack founders’ grandfathers, Keith ‘Bopp’ Evans and Anthony ‘Tone’ Adams. The venue reflects the nostalgic and optimistic post-WW2 era they lived in.
Embodying everyday opulence and grandeur, the style is lived-in luxury, with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Our expansive spaces can play host to corporate luncheons and dinners, media events, product launches, conferences, birthdays, engagement parties, weddings and after work drinks.
The Group Dining Menus are a no-fuss option to ensure your guests are impressed, and we are always open to developing a custom experience for you.
Our Private Dining Room can seat up to 28 guests on one long table, and can also be separated into two semi-private dining spaces seating up to 12 guests in each room. The space is perfect for corporate luncheons and dinners, conferences and social occasions.
The terrace is a light, airy space with a high ceiling that overlooks the surrounding heritage buildings of George Street. It features bespoke wooden furnishings dressed in leathers and bold colours with flourishing greenery. Great for group get-togethers, corporate cocktail and seated events and as a space for passing the afternoon away, the terrace holds up to 100 guests standing and 60 seated.
The Dining Room encompasses old-world glamour in a modern Australian, Sydney setting. Bold textures compliment rich timber furnishings with luxury found in every crevice. The space seats up to 40 guests and can be booked for group dining experiences.
