For us, long weekends are about family, friends and good food. Easter is no exception. This year we are sharing a delicious lunch with cousins and Adam Smith and Jane Ackerl.
So, hubby spent a couple of hours cooking and prepping a two course lunch. Starting with chicken liver parfait, home made pickles, pan fried of tongue and finishing up with marinated Chinese short ribs with celeriac mash and Asian salad.
I’m as stuffed as a turkey on thanks giving and happy to report, Easter feasts are delicious and a tradition we will definitely keep up.
